Brief Description of the Lesson/Unit
Students will examine pictures of weeds common to Midwest crop farming. Students will research and discuss conventional and unconventional methods of eradicating these weeds. A great climax to this project would be a field trip to a farm or, as in our area, a land grant college or university.
