As of September 30, 2005, the North Central Regional Technology in Education Consortium is no longer in operation.
Art teachers, language arts teachers, and computer/technology facilitators could be used to make these lessons cross-curricular. For example, the art teacher may have the students do a collage of fractions on the day the math teacher has the students categorize fractions. The language arts teacher may have the students write an essay on how they found fractions to be used in everyday life. The computer/technology facilitator may help if a mutimedia project is chosen.
