4. Are the students actually being trained to work in the restaurant industry?

I think that's a swell aspect of the problem that could be developed. Unfortunately, right now we don't place students out of our GED class, but it would be a wonderful extension. There are other departments on campus that do provide for job shadowing and on-the-job training. Were our folks to reach that point, or if we wanted to expand the problem in that direction, it wouldn't be a very difficult task to tap into some of the resources on campus to get that job done.
