3. Were special software applications used for the graphics and design?

We do have software on each of our computers that lend themselves to graphics, and everyone was exposed to those programs. If they were well versed enough to be able to use a word processing program or interested in using the Internet, which some students were, some of the designs for some of the menus came from the Internet. It all boils down to the place the student is and their interest in pursuing more. If they are simply trying to get something done and willing to go with whatever is in front of them, that was fine, that worked. There were some students who were interested in going deeper, who wanted to use the Internet or other research avenues. To whatever extent the individual student was interested in pursuing it, that was fine with us.
