3. Were there job placement services at the end of the program?
Crystal: We used Adecco Placement Services—they're a temporary employment
agency—to place participants in work at the end of the program.
Some were placed immediately. There was some layover time where
participants remained unemployed after the end of the class, but
eventually most found employment in some way, shape, or form.
