3. When learners created resumes, did they use a ready-made form or develop their own models?

Crystal: They did both. We had computer programs that had ready-made forms on them that they could just type their information into. Some of them felt secure enough in going on and developing a resume as they wanted it developed. And then they sought feedback from their peer group as to how effective their design was. So both methods were used.
