3. How did you get learners with few computer skills to speed up?

Dave: We didn't. We gave them time to do it as long as they needed to work on it. People partnered up so they helped each other. I don't think that we pressured the people with lower computer skills because I think most of them had lower computer skills. Through asking us and through mostly their peer groups they were able to bring their skills up higher.
