1. How much class time did you dedicate to the project?

You don't just start a project and finish it. What you do is you introduce a project and you start working on it. New students come in while you're working on the project, and so they work on the project. The classroom becomes more of a workplace than a traditional type of classroom. I'm not sitting there telling them, "Okay, we're going to start the project and finish the project." I start the project and then there will be students working on the first project the entire semester. And there will be students working on the second project the entire semester. It's sort of a perpetual learning environment. Students are at all different stages of working on different projects at different times.
