10. What did you like best about this project?

I think watching them fly. Students in the beginning are very disarmed by the fact that you are saying, "I don't know anything about this, and we are going to learn this together, but you have to take responsibility in this." In the beginning they might flounder, but by the end they have grown so much that it is really neat to see them being empowered and them learning about the enjoyment of learning.
