7. Was a rubric used to assess the projects? If so, what categories did you focus on?

I guess that most of the things that I used in my rubrics had to do with the specific processes I was teaching. Things like the characterization, writing process. Were the students looking at--were they able to identify spelling errors as they were going through their document? Were they able to identify grammatical errors? Were they able to identify a beginning, a middle and an end to their stories? Did they have all the pieces there? There were things like that that I used. There were many of them that happened throughout the unit.
