9. What problems, if any, are specific to using this teaching model?

I think the hardest part of this teaching model is to be able to stand back and let go of the control. One of my students interviewed me one time and her statement at the end of this interview, at the end of her written report about me, was that she felt I became a teacher because I liked being the boss. And that is the hardest thing to do, is to step back and stop being the boss and start being the coach. I guess that's the biggest problem you will overcome, but the reward is far greater than getting to be the boss.
