3. Does the 2:1 ratio of students to computers allow students to have enough time on the computer to develop their individual skills?
No. There's never enough time in my class. But the students can use the classroom as a lab before, during, and after the class. We also have other computers available in the library. But it's not the 2:1 ratio per se, it is just the lack of class time.
