1. Did you use any instructional software to reinforce core literacy skills? If so, what did you use?

We used two kinds of instructional software. Neither of them has anything directly related to this project. But those two kinds give students more familiarity with the computer and what a computer can do and they reinforce core literacy skills. One is the Storyboard program which allows you to author your own text and have students reconstruct it in a "close" setting. And the other one is the Focus on Grammar CD that Longman puts out. It coincides with the grammar text we are using and lots of my students want more practice in grammar and this gives it to them in an easily accessible way.
