2. What type of classroom management do you use?
We do a lot of cooperative learning, putting kids in groups, small-group
work. We do some large-group work. If it is important, I will pull
all the kids together and give a lesson. If one group needs to do
something and I don't see that as a problem with the rest of the
group, then it may be just a small-group situation where I will
just teach a small group a particular item. Like I said, we do some
large-group work; we do small-group work, and the kids do a lot
of work working cooperatively.
