Oh, my goodness, yes it is. We have a little bit of everything
in our classroom. We have students who receive LD (learning disabilities)
services. We have students who receive speech. I have students who
have gone from this classroom on to the gifted program. I have students
who would probably be in Chapter One, which is a reading resource
program, if they service to students at the fifth grade at Greenwood,
which is something they don't do in Waukegan. I would say this was
a wide mix of students from a learning standpoint, and also it is
a reflective group of students from Waukegan. My classroom was about
one-third Hispanic, one-third African American, and one-third Caucasian.
