5. Is there some sort of travel agency online?

Classroom Prodigy has the Mobile Travel Guide, which we did use quite a bit at the beginning of our unit until our subscription to Prodigy ran out. Then we turned to America Online, and they have a travel section which has sites of favorite cities, and it will give you some information. We went there to get information on hotels and restaurants and tourist areas. Then, of course, we went to the World Wide Web, and on the World Wide Web they have a search engine called Web Crawler. I basically did the search for the kids. We found out what city they were interested in. I would just type in the name of that city, and Web Crawler will pull up any web sites that have that city's name in its title. We were able to choose from some of those resources the ones the kids wanted to use to help them create their projects.
