Planning Teams: If you have enough workstations, divide your planning team into groups of
three or four. Have them work through the program by watching the video clips, discussing each
indicator, and then agreeing on a rating for the "typical" classroom in the school or district. Print
out the results for each group to discuss and use as information for planning. Work through the
program at the beginning and end of the school year to monitor progress toward your technology
integration goals.
Teachers: Set up one or more workstations at your school and have grade level representatives
(or all teachers) work through the program. Print out the results and discuss during meetings and
planning sessions. If possible, have everyone store their data files in a single location (for example,
on a file server) so that individual ratings can be compared to the composite.
